Ferncroft is funded by Supporting People and is a partnership between Herefordshire Mind, Marches Housing Association, Supporting People and Herefordshire Primary Care Trust. 

Ferncroft tenants are referred to the service, participate in a joint assessment and, if appropriate, are offered an assured short-hold tenancy for up to two years.
